Responsibilities: Project Planning & Initiation:
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments. Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies. Client Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Clearly communicate project updates and address any concerns promptly. Vendor Management:
Select and manage subcontractors and suppliers for fabrication, installation, electrical work, and other necessary services. Negotiate contracts and ensure quality of work. Project Execution & Monitoring:
