Project Execution (Mission-Critical Focus)
- Manage day-to-day site operations for data center construction (CSA + MEP).
- Coordinate contractors across critical systems including power, cooling, and fire protection.
- Ensure works align with fast-track schedules typical of hyperscale and colocation builds.
- Oversee installation and integration of critical infrastructure:Medium/low voltage power distribution (switchgear, transformers, UPS, generators)Cooling systems (CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, cooling towers)Structured cabling and ICT infrastructure
- Ensure redundancy configurations (N+1, 2N, etc.) are properly implemented.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and authority requirements (e.g., Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority).
