Plans and Coordinates Project Works in Commercial and Hospitality Sector: Additions and Alterations, Commercial Fitting Out Works, Reinstatement Works, Maintenance Works

  • Monitor and Report Site Progress and ensure Timely Completion of projects.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Able to understand drawings, execute the project and resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure Timely Project Completion and Cost Control
  • Allocate general and daily responsibilities
  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
  • To ensure projects meet customer's quality standards.
  • Handles general administrative duties; Proper Documentation of Projects
  • Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by Directors or Designers
