- Carry out project planning, cost control and project documentation
- Provide the direction in construction planning, coordinate works with sub‑contractors, Client, and Consultants to ensure overall construction progress based on the schedule of works
- Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
- Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with
- Lead a team of project staff
- Planning, scheduling, accomplishing, and coordinating the management of the project.
- Prepare all project document under the contract scope.
- Liaising, negotiating, and managing sub‑suppliers/sub‑contractors in the region with respect to procurements and in‑situ execution of sales contracts or projects.
