PROJECT MANAGER A listed company and a market leader in development of industrial buildings and projects
JOB SCOPE:
PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure project schedule and site progress on track, and compliance to key legal obligations in relation to the project; Review design drawings for value engineering and constructability considerations. Coordinate and verify subcontractor proposals for assigned projects during the award stage. Negotiate subcontractor deductions for project non-compliance and breaches. Project cost and budget adherence, cashflow and adherence to Client progress claims; Formal project certifications, including handover certificates; Defect rectification progress and legal claims Maintaining relationships with relevant authority officers.
OPERATIONS SUPPORT Incorporate constructability inputs from the Operations in design drawings; Ensure the timely receipt of design drawings for subcontractor tender. Attend the respective site meetings on a monthly basis. En...
