Role Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of works for daily site progress.
- Manage field construction supervisors and plant and equipment supervisors to ensure effective coordination and execution of tasks.
- Ensure construction and equipment installation works are executed in accordance with contract specifications, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project status, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies in construction management to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
