- Has good communication skills, both oral and written
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant project management working experience in implementation of ICT systems or infrastructure
- At least 3 years of prior experience in civil service-related work is preferred
