- Meet and discuss with clients, stakeholders to understand project requirements
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Assign tasks and communicate to the team the expected deliverables
- Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release)
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Proven ability to manage middle size team (20+ members)
