Job Description

Project Managers are an integral part of what we provide at GUNN Consultants. They are the primary point of contact for the client and manage many of the day-to-day activities relating to the project. The Project Manager will report directly to the Branch Manager and the duties include, but not limited to:

• Daily project management of New Construction, Modernization, and Inspection Projects
• Meetings with Client, Architect, Property Managers, Contractors, and Construction Team
• Communication and coordination with architects, developers, property managers, subconsultants, and internal Design Team to ensure the design conforms to building usage and requirements
