Job Description
An opportunity for an experienced PROJECT MANAGER (BROWNFIELD CIVILS & CONSTRUCTION) is required for permanent employment based in Mpumalanga (Manufacturing Industrial Region). To deliver industrial and plant construction and upgrades within an operational manufacturing facility.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute civil and structural on-site construction tasks
- Manage contractors, budget, schedule and quality
- Ensure safety compliance on brownfield sites
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Provide project reporting and essential documentation
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Civil or construction degree / diploma + (10 years exp)
- PM Certification
- Proven industrial brownfield project experience (Essential)
- Contractor and cost control experience
- Safety and compliance leadership
- Strong organisational skills
