Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and organised Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial office fit-out projects. The role involves coordinating between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing commercial office interior projects from inception to handover.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal design teams.
- Prepare project documentation, schedules, and progress reports.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Conduct site visits to track construction progress and resolve issues.
- Support project manager in procurement, vendor management, and reporting.
