- Lead structured, transparent, and methodical execution of complex, cross-functional R&D projects

- Ensure adherence to governance, processes, and project standards
- Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, production, quality, procurement, and product management
- Prepare decision-ready analyses, status reports, and steering committee documents
- Actively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and structured change processes
- Continuously improve project execution performance across the organisation
