Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive project plans, establishing critical paths, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring adherence to government and ministry standards.
• Gather and refine requirements, create, and maintain detailed project schedules and integrated plans.
• Manage project scope, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring fiscal control and accountability.
• Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate them to senior executives.
• Resolve resourcing conflicts, negotiate changes, and promote knowledge sharing across project teams.
• Coordinate and monitor project implementation and support processes, developing and communicating guidelines and procedures.
