Responsibilities
- To be a part of an Enterprise Network team and execute operational and technical support plans with the architectural direction from the Network Manager to improve the current infrastructure.
- Have knowledge on F5 Load Balancer technology to support the WAN & LAN Infrastructure.
- Act as L2 support for network related issues, request & change.
- Meet roles KPI.
- Create technical documents for deployment and operations.
- Deploying new connectivity requests.
- Performing network performance improvements.
- Plan, manage & execute hardware & software lifecycle.
SKILL
Understanding of the following technologies:
- TCP/IP & UDP communications
- Routing & switching
- Firewall/IDS/IPS
- Hardware, software & traffic load balancing
- Wireless bridging, routing & WLC
