As a Project & Process Improvement Specialist, you will lead strategic initiatives within our Polish e-commerce warehouse, supporting the growth of a premium German furniture brand expanding across Europe. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising cross-functional projects that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will work closely with local warehouse teams and act as a key interface to our German headquarters in a dynamic, international environment. This position is a maternity cover contract for 18 months, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs and performance and based in Robakowo.
