Project Procurement Head

We are seeking an experienced procurement leader to drive strategic sourcing, contracting, and supply chain management for major industrial projects from FEED through EPC execution. Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Procurement Head will establish robust procurement governance, oversee global vendor management, and drive commercial strategies to ensure successful project delivery; meeting targets for cost, quality, schedule, and HSSE performance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
• 20+ years of procurement, contracting, or supply chain experience, including 12 years in senior leadership roles in EPC, petrochemical, refinery, fertilizer, syngas, energy, or industrial projects.
