Project Procurement Manager (Onshore Project) About the job Project Procurement Manager (Onshore Project) Job Summary  The Procurement Manager  will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for major onshore oil and gas projects. This includes developing procurement strategies, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of equipment, materials, and services in compliance with project specifications and client requirements. The role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and coordination across engineering, construction, and commercial teams 
Key Responsibilities  Develop and implement comprehensive procurement plans aligned with project schedules and budgets 
Manage the full procurement lifecycle including tendering, bid evaluation, negotiations, contract awards, and post-award administration
