- Directly responsible for day-to-day management of multiple Scrum Masters / Project Managers.
- Responsible for tracking / reporting SLA(s), KPI(s), Status Reports, Remediation Plans across multiple Partner Team's personnel and client company employees.
- Help define / plan and execute Remediation Plans or Improvement Plans across one or more Programs or across one or more Vendor Partners or with individual members of the team either from multiple Partner Team's personnel and/or client company employees.
