Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain contract administration and establish project budget and cash flow
  • Evaluate the contract rates and participate in commercial negotiation
  • Administer subcontractors payments and claims preparation
  • Supervise interim and final account accounts preparation
  • Involve in material procurement, general administration and costings
Requirements
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or in related disciplines
  • At least 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar position in construction industry
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered for a senior role
  • Knowledge of PSSCOC and/or REDAS and /or SIA standard forms of Contracts
  • Meticulous, analytical, eye for details and a good team player
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently
