Project Quantity Surveyor

A brilliant opportunity for top level Project Quantity Surveyor who is perhaps pushing towards Senior QS level to take on role managing commercial strategy on live projects from tender through to final account. You'll own the commercial narrative across multiple projects, report directly to the Contracts Director, and work at the heart of a busy contracts team.

The Opportunity

Our client is an established, respected construction contractor operating across commercial, residential and mixed-use sectors on projects valued upwards of £10m. They're a mid size contractor with a strong track record in their core markets, and they run a lean, competent contracts function.
