Overview
Manage and oversee construction projects on-site. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Monitor project progress and report on timelines and budgets. Conduct site inspections and manage onsite issues. Assist in resource allocation and scheduling.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in project site engineering.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CAD, Layout Apps, SketchUp, and Interior Deepening Design.
- Working Conditions: On-site work in construction environments, may require evening or weekend hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
