Job Description Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a premium building materials company specializing in luxury Tiles & Slabs, Wall & Floor Coverings, and Bathroom solutions. Our client is looking for a Project Specification Manager to lead product specification efforts across high‑end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure the seamless integration of luxury materials into key developments. 
Key Responsibilities Build and nurture long‑term relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and contractors. 
Drive product specifications through presentations, showroom tours, and lunch & learn sessions. 
Act as a technical advisor by providing accurate product knowledge, performance data, and compliance information. 
Manage and track specification pipelines using CRM tools, from design to execution.
