This position reports to: Training Centre Manager __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will be required to develop course materials and content delivery to provide training for customers, either in classroom or remote. You will get to review the post-training course feedback and take possible corrective actions for improvement in your teaching methods, course materials and equipment, etc. You will also represent the ELSE Training Centre to showcase your expertise by guaranteeing excellent customer service and securing high level of customer satisfaction through trainings.
