Job Description

Responsibilities :
  • Assist the program management team in developing project plans, defining objectives, and setting deliverables .
  • Facilitate effective communication among project teams, ensuring everyone is informed about project status, updates, and action items .
  • Schedule and organise project team meetings, capturing minutes and following up on action items .
  • Act as a point of contact for team members to address queries and provide support as needed.
  • Maintain and update project documentation , including project schedules, status reports, and risk registers .
  • Assist in keeping project files organised and easily accessible for the team.
  • Help in preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
