• Plan, implement, and evaluate institutional-wide innovation initiatives, ensuring projects are well-scoped, timelines are realistic, resources are in place, and outcomes are captured.
• Coordinate logistics, maintain thorough documentation, and facilitate feedback cycles to provide leadership with actionable insights.
• Prepare summaries and reports for leadership and board meetings.
• Collaborate across teaching, learning, and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding and regulatory requirements.
