Job Description

  • Analyze current business processes (As-Is) and design optimized future-state processes (To-Be).
  • Document workflows using tools such as BPMN, process maps, and flowcharts.
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process re-engineering.
  • Develop and standardize Policies, Procedures, and SOPs across departments.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance using defined KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational challenges and implement solutions.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives including automation and RPA implementation.
  • Conduct workshops (e.g., process mapping, FMEA, value stream mapping) with stakeholders.
