Prompt Engineer

Job Description

Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Prompt Engineer for a 6-month contract (with potential extension) to support the development of GenAI applications within their Advice Center platform. This hybrid role is based in downtown Toronto. The successful candidate will work closely with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT and LLMA to craft, test, and refine prompts that help advisors summarize and interpret client interactions and work purposes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and a passion for AI-driven innovation in client service environments.
