About the Role

Reporting to the Claims Manager, the Claims Handler will manage a varied portfolio of property and mixed claims within a collaborative pre-litigation environment. The successful candidate will support the delivery of cost-effective, customer-focused, and compliant outcomes while working closely with loss adjusters, brokers, customers, and internal stakeholders. The role also involves contributing to fraud prevention initiatives, continuous improvement projects, and broader claims and customer service objectives.
