Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct regular checks and inspection on grounds to ensure property is well maintained.

  • Ensure building statutory requirements are complied

  • Ensure good record keeping and filing administration

  • Ensure the building cleanliness

  • Supervise and manage term contractors and ensure works are carried in accordance with contract specifications

  • Assist in the monthly rental collection and leasing of the Group’s properties

    Contracts Management (Vendors)

  • Tenant Management and fitting out/renovation related matters

  • Responsible for dormitory administration matters such as coordinating workers’ room occupancy activities, workers’ conflicts and dormitory facilities & maintenance matters

  • To be responsible for the efficient operation of all operations aspects of the dormitory

  • 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance is required
