Overview of the Property Lawyer role

Sellick Partnership is delighted to be partnered with Dover District Council on the recruitment of a Property Lawyer/Solicitor on a permanent, full-time basis.

Due to continued growth, Dover District Council are seeking a Property Lawyer to join their Legal Services team, to provide high‑quality legal advice and support to the Council, with a particular emphasis on commercial property.

Key responsibilities of the Property Lawyer role

• Complex commercial property freehold acquisitions and disposals, including drafting and negotiating necessary documentation.
