Job Description:
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of company premises
- In-charge of maintenance in company facilities
- Ensure proper waste management disposal
- Supervise issuance of stock and ensure proper accounting of stock/materials
- Managing Maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are maintained and good condition
- Supervise of scheduling of company drivers
- Overseeing maintenance of all company cars
- Ensuring compliance with rental agreement of rental properties
