Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Management & Lease Administration Analyst to support the management of a U.S.-based real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for reviewing and analyzing lease agreements, maintaining lease data, monitoring compliance, coordinating property management activities, and supporting operational and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with lease administration, and an understanding of U.S. commercial property management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lease Administration & Contract Analysis:
Review, analyze, and abstract lease agreements, amendments, renewals, and related legal documents.
Extract and maintain critical lease information including rent schedules, escalation clauses, CAM charges, renewal options, termination rights, insurance requirements, and key dates.
