Our client is now recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to manage a residential portfolio of apartment blocks and estates in and around surrounding areas of Maidstone Kent. The right candidate will be an experienced Block Property Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential block management and hold TPI Level 3 as a minimum (Level 4 preferred). The Property Manager will be available as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of blocks, dealing with lessee concerns and reports of maintenance both via our reporting platform and homeowner calls/emails. Oversee the day-to-day operations of properties, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations. Ensuring they are maintained to a high standard and comply with health and safety regulations.
