Property Manager — Luxury Short-Term Rentals (Remote, Camera-On, AI-Forward)

Location: Remote Schedule: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM Pacific Time, 5 days/week (8-hour shift with a 1-hour break; includes weekends, two weekday days off). We own the properties and operate them, so guest experience and property performance are everything to us. The team is fully remote and Latin America–based, and we run lean and tech-forward on Monday.com, Guesty, Expedia and other OTAs, Slack, Make.com, and Claude/AI.
