 Job Description:
As the Property Manager you will be responsible for tenant relations including marketing properties, screening applicants, managing lease agreements, and addressing tenant concerns and requests.
Responsible for property maintenance ensuring regular inspections, repairs and maintenance
Rresponsible for managing rent collections, managing budgets and reporting
Responding to any emergencies and addressing urgent issues that may arise
