About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading operator in the single-family Build to Rent (BTR) sector. As Property Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality maintenance services across a portfolio of new build homes, working closely with field operatives, contractors, and internal teams to ensure maintenance operations run smoothly and efficiently. 
The role is centred on coordinating repairs, managing unit churns, and ensuring properties are well-presented and ready for occupancy.
