Job Summary
Manage and oversee key building infrastructure systems and data centre facilities, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain building infrastructure systems including soft and hard services such as FM200, VESDA, CRAU, and BMS to ensure reliable facility operations
Lead facility management teams to deliver efficient and safe operations across data centre and similar facilities
Implement and oversee incident management processes to respond effectively to emergencies and hazards
Ensure compliance with safety protocols by applying knowledge from bizSAFE Level 2 and CERT training on fire and hazardous materials emergency response
Coordinate energy management initiatives to optimize facility performance and sustainability
Supervise and mentor staff in managerial roles to maintain high standards in facility operations and project execution
