About the Role
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure that all facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are functioning optimally, including planning and scheduling routine maintenance works
- Manage and oversee maintenance of the property, including but not limited to Soft Services (i.e. Security, Cleaning, Pest control, Landscape maintenance), Lift Fire protection systems, ACMV Systems Sanitary & Plumbing Systems, Building structure and roof waterproofing.
- Sourcing, evaluating and recommendation for quotations.
- Ensuring the compliance and safety of the property, including but not limited to:
- Ensuring timely renewal of licenses and any authority compliance requirements
- Manage all licensing and statutory obligations, such as fire safety certifications and building permits.
