Property Officer

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with contractors to maintain the common areas such as cleaning, conservancy, landscaping, and horticultural work, as well as improvement and cyclical projects at public housing flats in designated Town Councils
  • Conduct inspections on the ground and follow up with the contractors on the rectification of defects
  • Follow up with issuance of works orders to contractors and check on rectification of works and process payments
  • Engage and manage residents’ feedback and carry out call back service when defects are rectified
  • Discuss and follow up on maintenance issues with grassroots leaders
  • Assist grassroots leaders to organise grassroots activities
  • Attend MP’s house visits, grassroots and upgrading meetings after office hours
  • Attend to urgent cases referred by Manager, grassroots leaders and EMSU
