Position: Property Supervisor Reports to: Property/Facility Manager
Role Overview:The Property Supervisor oversees the daily operations, maintenance, and administration of properties under management. They ensure that all properties are well‑maintained, tenants are satisfied, and operational procedures are followed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:-
Property Operations & Maintenance
- Supervise regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections of properties.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
