Property Surveyor
Location: Remote working (Covering sites in Norfolk and East Anglia)

Job Type: Full time, permanent

Hours: 37.5 per week

Salary: £47,000 plus £5,800 car allowance
Role Overview

You’ll ensure our homes are safe, compliant and well-maintained. As a Property/Building Surveyor in housing, you’ll manage a regional portfolio, leading inspections, repairs delivery and contractor performance to support residents to live independently.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver responsive repairs and minor works safely, on time and within budget
Carry out site visits, pre- and post-inspections, and quality checks to ensure compliance
Manage contractors, variations and complex repairs across multiple locations
Monitor and control WIP, SLAs and KPIs to improve performance and reduce backlog
