Job Description: We are looking for a Proposal Engineer to manage end-to-end tender and bidding activities for engineering projects. Key Responsibilities: Review tender enquiries and technical specifications Conduct quantity take-offs and cost estimation Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors Prepare technical proposals, method statements, and submissions Support bid strategy, risk assessment, and pricing analysis Coordinate internally with engineering and operations teams Compile and submit tender documents within deadlines Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline Experience in tendering, estimation, or proposal engineering Strong analytical and cost evaluation skills Familiar with construction methods and project costing
