Proposal Development (Approx 60%)
- Lead and manage the full proposal lifecycle from opportunity identification through to submission
- Review tender websites and identify relevant RFP/RFQ opportunities
- Track proposal development including meetings, clarifications, addendums, and deadlines
- Plan, write, and execute high-quality proposal responses
- Collaborate with Business Development and Operations teams to gather technical content
- Ensure proposals meet all client requirements and formatting standards
- Manage multiple concurrent proposals in a deadline-driven environment
- Lead and participate in proposal strategy meetings
- Maintain internal communication and stakeholder coordination
- Update CRM (Monday) and maintain proposal documentation and files
