Proposal Specialist

PROFILE

Reporting to the National Proposal Manager, the Proposal Specialist will work within a national shared services team environment, developing strategic proposals in response to formal legal service procurements, including RFPs and informal requests for credentials documents, aligned with the firm’s business strategies and revenue growth goals.

The Proposal Specialist will provide lawyers with strategic guidance, highlighting Gowling WLG’s strengths to win new work, and meet and exceed clients’ needs. The role requires a growth mindset, strong communication and storytelling skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize under tight deadlines.
