Full time hours on a temporary basis
We are seeking a skilled Prosecution Lawyer to manage a caseload of prosecution and enforcement matters, including anti-social behaviour litigation, licensing disputes, and general litigation. You will oversee cases from initial instruction to court advocacy, ensuring robust legal support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle prosecution and enforcement cases
Manage anti-social behaviour litigation & licensing matters
Provide expert legal advice on local authority enforcement
Assist senior officers in shaping policy & procedures
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor / Barrister / Legal Executive
️ Experience in prosecution, enforcement, or regulatory law
Strong legal advisory & advocacy skills
