We are looking for a Manager in the Provider Team based in Lucknow, with the following key responsibilities:
- Onboarding of new hospitals to strengthen the network
- Reduction in fraudulent / suspect claims (measured as % improvement)
- Claims cost ratio and overall savings achieved
- Cashless utilization rate across the network
- Outstanding claims ageing and timely closure
- Network expansion and success rate of MoU renewals
- Adoption of digital claim submission processes (%)
- Team productivity and engagement score
