Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT)

What you will do
The Psychiatrist will be a member of a self-contained interdisciplinary team which utilizes an assertive recovery-oriented outreach model to serve 80 clients. The psychiatrist will share clinical responsibility with the Team Leader, a licensed clinician, for developing and monitoring clinical treatment and supervising staff delivery of clinical services. This is a unique opportunity to be afforded the time to be actively involved in all aspects of client treatment. The Psychiatrist will: provide medical supervision to nursing staff, staff training, psychopharmalogical treatment to PACT clients, supportive therapy, crisis evaluations, consultation to families, and some administrative responsibilities.
