Waarden en normenkader in overeenstemming met DvdW 
Bereid zijn te werken met vluchtproblematieken en complexere casussen (trauma, dissociaties, chronische stress, ontbreken van basisnoden, suïcide, uitzichtloosheid…)
Afgeronde master in de Klinische psychologie of Klinische orthopedagoog of psychotherapeut met visum
Minstens al 2 jaar ervaring in individuele therapie
Afgeronde of gestarte gespecialiseerde opleidingen (psychotherapie opleiding, opleiding in eerstelijnspsychologie, interculturaliteit, …) zijn een pluspunt
Bereidheid om met een kwetsbaar publiek te werken.
Kennis van andere talen is een pluspunt.
