Your Role

• Provide 1:1 and small group interventions, tailored to pupils' academic, emotional, or behavioural needs.
• Support inclusive learning by adapting lesson materials and creating a safe, engaging environment.
• Monitor progress and collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to review strategies.
