The Role

You will work across the school day supporting pupils with additional needs, both 1:1 and in small groups. You will help pupils access learning, manage emotions, and build independence through consistent routines and clear expectations. You will follow support plans set by the SENCO and class teacher, so pupils get the same approach across lessons, breaktimes, and transitions.
